Brookview Senior Villas will serve seniors aged 62 years and older in the Fallbrook community. The project will include 61 total units, including 30 units restricted to extremely low-income households at or below 20% and 30% of San Diego County Area Median Income (AMI), 30 units for very low-income households at or below 40% AMI, and 1 manager’s unit. This project is funded by the County of San Diego and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administered by the Housing Authority of the City of Oceanside.
