Coast Villas will be a striking affordable housing community within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Municipal Pier and Buccaneer Beach, putting sun and surf at our residents’ doorstep. The community will offer 56 apartment homes to seniors earning at or below 30% and 50% of the area median income. It will include 35 studios, 16 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two bedroom apartments and one manager’s apartment. The community was designed to serve seniors, ages 55 or better, with 15 apartments reserved for veterans who have faced homelessness. This project is funded by City of Oceanside, and County of San Diego, by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administered by the Housing Authority of the City of Oceanside.
