
Rose Creek VilIage will be a vibrant 60-home afford able housing community in Pacific Beach, California, serving residents earning 30% to 60% of the area median income. Eighteen apartments wiII be set aside as permanent supportive housing for veterans who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless. Rose Creek Village offers unbeatable convenience, located just minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, banks and more. Scenic walking paths lead to a beach boardwalk, Pacific Beach Library and a recreation center, creating the perfect setting for residents who enjoy staying active, connected and independent. This project by the City of San Diego, San Diego Housing Commission, County of San Diego, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administered by the San Diego Housing Commission.
